Bamboozled by a Flying Car

Could we really say "Gone are the days " when we speculated that we MIGHT have flying cars in the future? Your Ranting Hatter just recently (and i admit I'm too late) discovered that a flying car attempted to make a buzz out of its first flight... But why, after a year, we were not able to see flying cars or hear someone rode one?



Well... Your Ranting Hatter thinks that they were just trying to bamboozle us with this kind of innovation. really, a flying car? It LOOKS LIKE A FLYING PLANE (REDUNDANCY OBSERVED)! Seriously, it won't survive the streets of New York or Manila! (Or Makati)... it looks much like rich people's private planes. :))

If someone creates the flying car that we have always imagined (no wings, just those noisy rocketship fumes making the car fly), then it's time to say 'thanks!" to the many films which represented the future as a time infested by flying automobiles...

Without it, it means one thing:

WE ARE STILL FREE TO IMAGINE AND DREAM THAT DAY WOULD COME.

(i personally don't want it to happen. Imagine what traffic rules we have to come up with... And we might have a flood of cases where these cars get to hit and run and kill pidgeons and other birds...)
